YOGA SESSION At Vidyodaya Public School

On 1st January 2023, Yoga Session was conducted by Yoga Guru Sri Rajendra Yenkannamoole in Vidyodaya Public School at Sri Vishwesha Theertha Ranga Mandira.

The event took place in the presence of our School Working President Sri N. Nagaraj Ballal, Joint Secretary Smt. Roopa Ballal and our Principal Mrs. Anitha P. Raj. The session began by lighting the lamp. Students, teachers and parents performed various yogic asanas taught by Yoga Guru Sri Rajendra Yenkannamoole.

The session conveyed the importance of making ‘Yoga’ an integral part of our lives by extending the practice beyond the mat. It was indeed a refreshing, reviving and rejuvenating way to commence the New Year!
