The game of chess helps building the analytical power of a person and provides better strategies not only while playing the game but also in the aspects of life. The AICS Inter- School rapid chess tournament was conducted in Silas International School on 28 August, 2023. Students from Vidyodaya Public School have emerged as winners in U14 –Junior category and runners in U17- Senior category. The outstanding performance of the students and tireless efforts of Mr Damodar and Mrs Deepa are greatly appreciated.
The participants in in U14 –Junior category were Sarthak, Sathwik Gs, Prathyush Rao, Atharva V N, and Anvay N Kamath. Jagruth Devadiga, Amogha VN, Shreyas, Aryan Surya, and Sagar A Shetty were part of U17- Senior category.
