Teacher learning is a continuous process that promotes teachers’ teaching skills, master new knowledge, develop new proficiency, which in turn, help improve students’ learning. Such an interactive and impactful workshop to introduce effective teaching techniques was conducted by an experienced and senior academician Dr Ganesh Bhat, a research professor at Institute Of Management and Commerce. It was organized by Vidyodaya institution under the guidance of Mrs Anitha P Raj, Principal of Vidyodaya Public School, Mrs BG Shashireka, Headmistress of Anantheshwara Higher Primary School and Mrs Sandhya Karnad, Headmistress of Anantheshwara English Medium High School. It was a teacher enrichment program for the teaching faculty on the upgradation of Teaching learning process. Some of the objectives of the workshop were

The Emcee of the event was Mrs Saku, coordinator of High School, Vidyodaya public school. The welcome note and vote of thanks was delivered by Mrs Harini Krishnan and Mrs Usha Acharya respectively. The event commenced by invoking the blessings of the Almighty by lighting the lamp by the dignitaries present on the stage, along with a beautiful recitation of prayer by the High School faculty of Vidyodaya Public School.
Overall the session was indeed an enriching and enlightening one .
