Tulunadu Vaibhava was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the Vidyodaya campus. The event was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp by the School Management Committee member and Treasurer, Mr. Padmaraja Acharya, the Principal of Vidyodaya Public School, Mrs. Anitha P. Raj, and the Guest of Honour, Mrs. Sandhya Karnad, HM of Sri Anantheshwara High School, along with the event coordinators.
The stage program was exceptionally well organized by the students, and a unique feature of the event was that it was conducted entirely in Tulu. The students took on various responsibilities, including the role of MC, welcoming the guests, and delivering the vote of thanks, all in the Tulu language.
Students from Classes 1 to 5 showcased their talents by performing folklores native to Tulunadu, bringing the region's rich cultural heritage to life. Meanwhile, students from Classes 6 to 8 presented a variety of Tulunadu cuisines, which were later tasted by the parents who attended the event. The funds raised from the sale of these foods will be donated to a noble cause, specifically to Neelavara Goshale. Additionally, parents generously contributed to this charitable effort.
The event also featured an exhibition of Tulunadu antiques, further immersing attendees in the region.
