
DAY - 1
Our school’s cherished tradition, the Scouts and Guides night camp with 103 students was successfully held with the unwavering support of our Management and Principal Mrs. Anitha. P. Raj.
The event commenced with the Flag hoisting ceremony, followed by the inaugural function. We were honoured to have ASOC Nithin Amin as our esteemed guest. The lighting of the lamp was graciously performed by our guest, principal and Scouts and Guides leaders.
The guest and the principal inspired the children with motivational words setting the tone for an exciting and enriching experience. The Scout and Guides night camp adventure continues after a thrilling start, the campers embarked on an exciting visit to Timmakka park, Hebri where they enjoyed the scenic beauty and fresh air. As the evening unfolded, the grand campfire lit up the night sky, accompanied by an entertaining program that lasted for 2 hours. The campers sang, danced and laughed together creating unforgettable memories.
The day concluded with delicious dinner followed by a fun-filled game session before retiring to bed, exhausted but exhilarated!
What a fantastic day of adventure, friendship and fun!
DAY – 2
The morning began with a refreshing BP exercise session followed by a room inspection conducted by a Scout Master, Mr. Manu and Guide captains, Mrs. Pooja and Mrs. Savitha. The campus then gathered for the All-Faith prayer (Sarva Dharma Prarthane) promoting unity and harmony. The exciting ‘cook with fire’ activity got underway! Students showcased their culinary skills, preparing delicious snacks over an open flame.
Later we visited to Shivram Karanth Theme Park in Kota, where students gained valuable insights into Kannada literature and culture. Later we headed to the historic Kathale Basadi in Barkur, immersing themselves in the region’s rich heritage. After lunch at school, the students cleaned up their rooms wrapping up their camp courses. The valedictory ceremony led by Scout Master Mrs. Shubha Rao provided a platform for students to share their camp experience and memories. We were honoured to have our Joint Secretary Mrs. Roopa Ballal and Principal Mrs. Anitha. P. Raj grace the occasion.
With this the Scouts and Guides night camp came to a close, leaving behind a trail of unforgettable moments and life-long friendships.
