International Yoga Day

On June 21st 2022 International Yoga Day was organised at Shri Vishweshatheertha Rangamandira of Vidyodaya Public School.

Mrs. Roopa Ballal, the Resource Person and Joint Secretary of Vidyodaya Trust (R.) performed many yogic asanas along with sacred chants related to Yoga to the High school section. President Shri N. Nagaraj Ballai with his daughter Dr. Priyanka Ballal joined the gathering and performed’ yogasana

, son-in-law Dr. Arvind Menon and their three month child graced the occasion. Principal Mrs. Anitha P. Raj and all the teaching and non-teaching faculty were present.

Students from Sri Krishna Shishumandira, Primary and Higher Primary performed many yoga asanas under the guidance of Mrs. Mamatha Shetty and Mrs. Meera. Children were very delighted and enthusiastic to participate. The event was fruitful and a huge success.

Mrs. Shubha Rao extended a warm welcome, Mrs. Saku anchored the program and Mrs. Ranjeetha Shetty proposed the vote of thanks.
