Ganesh Chaturthi, an auspicious Hindu festival celebrated for 10 days each year, marks the birth of Lord Ganesha, the youngest child of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. On Thursday 06/09/2024, the Pre-primary section of Vidyodaya Public School, Udupi, celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with great enthusiasm. The event began with the lighting of the lamp by the teachers, followed by the children offering flowers to the idol of Lord Ganesha. Various classroom activities were conducted to engage the students, making the occasion both educational and joyous.
