On 5th June 2023 our school organised an awareness programme on the occasion of World Environment Day. Students participated with enthusiasm. The objective of this programme was to spread awareness among the children about saving our environment from various types of pollution, to plant more and more trees and to save the mother earth. Our assembly began with the meditation at followed by prayer, thought for the day, news headlines, song and speech. On account of World Environment Day students performed a small skit to create an awareness regarding protecting and saving trees. The students exhibited cut-outs, drawings and read out slogans related to protecting environment. Saplings were also planted by the students. The students also took a pledge to save the nature and enjoy the environment without destroying it. Our beloved Principal, Mrs Anita P Raj gave the message to all the students that they should join their hands to save the environment and love nature.
