On March 26, 2024, Vidyodaya Public School organized a Fire Extinguishers Demonstration to educate students on fire safety. Mr. Moh. Gaussi, the Incharge of Udupi Fire Station, graced the event as the guest of honour, sharing valuable life experiences and insights. He elucidated the various types of fires, fire extinguishers, their usage, and the essential procedures for operating them. An expert team conducted live demonstrations on fire drills, extinguisher handling, and preventative measures against fire incidents. Students actively participated in the demonstrations, gaining practical knowledge on preventing accidental fires in diverse scenarios. Under expert guidance, students even experienced handling actual fire situations. The school extends sincere thanks to the Management and Principal, Mrs. Anitha P Raj, for their steadfast support and encouragement in organizing this impactful programme.
